Wonderful tasting cheese

I thought this was Kraft...as I have purchased Kraft like this from Sam's many times...I kept noticing how bland this cheese was and blamed it on everything else...on my taste buds too. I was very close to writing them an email because it was not only flavorless but had a bad flavor. Then I realized it was Member's Mark and not Kraft when I took a closer look.

Bought this along with the Mild cheddar pack as well, because generally speaking I've had excellent results and experience with Member's Mark products. This however completely misses the mark! Milk and oil content is extremely to high, it's virtually unusable in baking or stove-top. It's serviceable in salads or other cold applications, but also tastes AWFUL. Above all else, it reeks of spoiled or sour milk after a few days in the fridge. Total waste of money

Not only is this the least flavorful bag of “shredded sharp cheddar cheese” I have ever come across, the only thing this product manages to produce is an amazing amount of oil that puts the old “government cheese” to shame. Don’t waste your money or mess up any of your meals by making the mistake I unfortunately have by purchasing this product. Fool me once Sam’s club... Nice little trick though, making the bags identical to Kraft so it took us a hot second to realize that Kraft didn’t loose all of their sense of flavor...

This is a good product if yuse alot of shredded cheese. Last a long time and stays fresh
