Ordered two containers of rice online since my local store does not sell it. Both arrived with cracked plastic on the handle, rice spilling out and exposure to moisture because the box was left out in the rain.

Bought the rice based on favorable reviews earlier. However, as one reviewer stated, the container was damaged upon receipt. At one corner on the bottom, the plastic container was punctured about 3/8 inch in diameter opening. Some of the rice spilled into the shipping package which was not cushioned properly with the paper contained. Transferred what was left into personal containers. Assumed about 1-2 tablespoons lost. Instead of returning the item, I tried some of the rice and was pleased with the taste. The only option to purchase the rice is online which may deter me to buy the rice again. Hopefully, Sams Club will address and correct the packaging of items.

We eat yellow rice with several different meals, Mexican or Greek food and any fish being served. I bought this size to try (because of the price) and was happy to find it to be as good as the individual, small meal-size bags sold at grocery stores. I have a vacuum sealer so I just put 1 C. amounts into individual bags (8) to keep the rice fresh till use.

The best yellow rice EVER. Add chicken broth powder for that extra zesty flavor.

It's okay. You need to add additional seasonings or make with chicken broth to add flavor.

I buy this yellow rice a lot. It is good and it cools well. It is also reasonably priced.
