Bought 12 of these for my shop, very bright, ez to mount but 12 months later about 800 hrs on them, 6 are not working a 2 are dim and on their way out. Called to get warranty info, they took my info but they said they are on back order. Puzzling since you can order them on Sams Club from the factory.

This is a great bright light when it works. After 1.5 years it suddenly lost 90% of its lighting power and would barley glow like a night light. I contacted support at "customerservice@idctexas.com" and included a copy of my receipt. They wrote back "Thank you, we will send you a new light soon but for now they are backordered. I waited 4 weeks and without any notice whatsoever a new replacement light showed up at my door. I was actually quite surprised. Good on them for doing the right thing.

I bought 4 of these to replace lighting in my attached garage. First 6 months they worked great, then all of a sudden 1 would flash on and off or not come on at all. Not too long after 2 more started doing the same. I am down to 1 working light that now flickers and sometimes wont come on at all leaving me in the dark. Expected more / better quality from Honeywell brand name.

I purchased 3 of these 2-packs for lighting the unfinished portion of my basement. I installed 5 lights and did not get around to installing the last one which is fortunate because 1 of the 5 quit working after only 7 months of infrequent operation and I had a spare to replace it.

Bought several of these for our basement and work shop areas. They work for a while, then just stop working. Very disappointing that Sams carries these defective items. Do not waste your time buying as you will need to return them. Unfortunately Covid has prevented us from returning ours.

I bought three of these about 18 months ago. Two of them have died already. LED lights should last a lot longer than this. I called on the warranty and they said they didn't currently have any and so they couldn't send me a replacement. I'll be looking for a more reliable brand.

I was so excited about the Honeywell lighting when I purchased them in April of 2020. They worked fantastic and did exactly what I wanted in my basement. March of 2021 one light stopped working completely and I replaced it. July of 2021 two more have started to flickering and have failed complete. I am so disappointed with Honeywell and Sam's Club for even selling this garbage. Do not waste your money. The labor cost to have them replaced will cost more than the original lighting.

Honeywell Initially these light are great. Over a fairly short period of time, not so great. They start to flicker and go out completely. I bought 7, have returned and replaced 4 and 2 more are now going. They have a 5 year warranty, but it states “ Purchasing Honeywell LED lighting and light bulb products from a third party vendor negates all warranties (expressed or implied) in this warranty. I am one party, International Development Company is the second party. That leaves Sam's Club the third party. So the warranty is a joke. The Honeywell trademark is used under license - these are NOT manufactured BY Honeywell!!

This led shop light is a perfect fit for anywhere you need some lighting. Super bright led strips give you more illumination in every possible area and all corners. Unbelievably simple installation at the best price your gonna find anywhere , I have looked. On top of everything else Honeywell is a name that gives quality. This unit will not disappoint.

We have bought 17 of these over the last 2 years. We have had 2 go out and warranty claims are processed ok but the replacement was slow which was blamed on inventory. Should be getting replacements this week. For the price, to get good light, hard to beat.
