I purchased 2 two packs for a total of 4 lights, very nice addition to the laundry room area to brighten it up, very happy with the 3 that work perfectly, one has a short segment of one of the light strips near the end that flickers on and off randomly. would have made 5 stars and recommend to friends if all leds worked all the time.

I replaced my four hanging florescent garage lights.I don't know exactly when and have lost the Sam's receipt, but the manufacturing date was 2019. One light gas failed totally and a second works intermittently. About a month ago I emailed the manufacturer about replacing or repairing as mentioned in other reviews. I recieved an automated reply, but have heard nothing else.

I have had two Honeywell shop lights fail. The lights flickered continuously. The were plugged into individual outlets and not fed from one another. The outlets were not overloaded and no equipment other than lights were on the circuit. Poor quality components.

Bought 2 of these in 2020, one failed within 2 months. Contacted Honeywell to get a replacement and they eventually sent one after several contacts with customer service and 8 MONTHS! By the time the replacement arrive, the 2nd one failed. Won't buy another Honeywell light…wouldn't recommend you do either.

This is a great bright light when it works. After 1.5 years it suddenly lost 90% of its lighting power and would barley glow like a night light. I contacted support at "customerservice@idctexas.com" and included a copy of my receipt. They wrote back "Thank you, we will send you a new light soon but for now they are backordered. I waited 4 weeks and without any notice whatsoever a new replacement light showed up at my door. I was actually quite surprised. Good on them for doing the right thing.

Bought 16 of these about two years ago for my shop. 6 of them don't light up at all now and two of them are very dim. I estimated they only have about 1000 hours on them before they died. I think the label said they should last 50,000 hrs. Not even close!

I purchased 3 of these 2-packs for lighting the unfinished portion of my basement. I installed 5 lights and did not get around to installing the last one which is fortunate because 1 of the 5 quit working after only 7 months of infrequent operation and I had a spare to replace it.

I installed 6 of these in my garage and they provide great lighting. But within 24 hours I noticed that the LED strips in their protective tubes were beginning to sag in 3 of the units due to the failure of whatever holds them up in the tube. The other 3 still seem to be fastened properly although it has only been 4 days since I have installed them. Am thinking of returning them all.
