Over the last five years, I've purchased 10 units. They work great... for awhile. Of the ten, so far I've had three fail. That's a 30% drop out rate and I expected much better results when compared to the old fluorescents, and with LEDs, you cannot change the bulb. Yes they are lower power and my suspicion is they are not designed to withstand the conditions of my shop, which is an unheated garage that can occasionally get below the freezing point in winter.

Honeywell customer service is a joke. One of my lights failed after a few months and I was told I would receive a replacement, however they have been on back order since my first complaint on April, 6, 2024, but I see them stacked up in Sam's. Honeywell Customer Service sometimes do not even bother to reply to my requesting an update on delivery of my replacement light. It is our fault, we let these big companies get away with treating their customers like they do not matter. A sign of the times and terrible service is a part of it. This is not what made America the greatest nation, and treating customers poorly is just another step towards the US demise. Poorly manufactured products and poor customer service

I bought three of these lights about 10 months ago and after 6 months two of them started to flicker, a short time later one went out completely. With the warranty being what it is I contacted Honeywell to only be told they would replace the lights when they become available, I am still waiting. I see reviews where many people are having this same problem. These lights are the only three lights in a hobby room and with one out and another flickering it does not make for a pleasant experience. I find it odd that these lights are still available for purchase but not for warranty replacement. .

I have 10 of these units. I have them linked 5 one way and 5 another. I bought them all within the same week under a year ago. I have three that have quit...so far. They come with a 5 year warranty. Now, if I can figure out who and how to get ahold of someone for the warranty I might not be so disappointed..

We purchased 25 of these for our shop. After a few months, as soon as they warm up you get a strobe light effect. We returned several of them as they would begin the strobe cycle, yet now most are out of warranty and nothing can be done. Would think twice about purchasing them again.

I purchased 3 of these lights last summer. One of them has a section of LEDs that are dead. Unsure what is wrong for sure, but support has been non-existent. I've sent 2 emails(first at the end of Dec 2020) and another within the last week and no contact for either. Their "live phone support" is still unavailable, and left a voicemail over a month ago. So far, no contact from anyone. If you buy any, you might need to consider the 5 year warranty as a "good faith" gesture, but in reality not worth the paper it's written on. If something goes wrong, might as well consider it disposable.

I bought 14 of these lights for my shop about 2 years ago. The first one failed within 3 months, followed by an additional failure about every other month. Out of the original 14 lights, only 7 are now operational. When they work, they are nice and bright. But, with my experience and the manufacturers extremally poor quality control, I'd recommend you look elsewhere for shop lights.

Light uses a circuit board with SMD (miniature) components to regulate voltage. Unfortunately poor soldering of the power resistors caused the unit to fail. Reflowing the solder provided a temporary fix, but failed again. Basically the wrong type of resistor was used (a full size resistor should have been used), the heat generated during use was so great it unsoldered itself. Not worth spending any more time trying to repair. This should have lasted decades if designed correctly. I am waiting for the others I purchased to fail!
