Bad batch, Rock hard, wouldn’t even soften when soaked in milk. Will not purchase again.

Cookies were hard not fresh even though date was not expired!

I bought 2 of these for a birthday party and they were stale. They are so beyond bad that I ended up not serving them at the party. They would be great if they were not stale. I would think that more quality control would have gone into this.

These cookies are delicious. However, every time we buy them they are rock hard. The solution is to put a piece of bread in the container. Within 2 hours the cookies are soft and delicious again!!

I first bought this last month based on several complaints that they're too hard. I love crunchy cookies so I bought it. It wasn't crunchy but it at least had some bite to it. I bought another container today. This time they were awful! Like eating raw dough. Nasty! I couldn't even pick them up. They'd fall spart leaving only the piece between my thumb and forefinger. Soft cookies are disgusting. If you like eating raw cookie dough then by all means buy this!

Said cookies were made the morning I bought them, but they were at least 2 or 3 days old and stale. Also, disgusting amount of sugar in these, 10g for one small cookie is ridiculous but it tastes like you're eating a spoonful of sugar in each bite. Really bad would avoid

I love the flavor of these cookies and one thing I especially liked was that they were a little on the chewy side. WELL, the box of cookies I received today are so hard I'm afraid they will break my teeth! The Madeleines I bought last week were totally stale. What's happening to your bakery, Sams?

Not sure about these cookies. I've bought them a few times now. The first two times I bought them they were nice and soft, which I loved. Got a package of them today and they're crispy. The flavor is good and my family will eat them, but I prefer them soft and chewy. I'll buy them every so often, but I won't eat them unless they're soft. The price is good, in my opinion.

The cookies were really nasty. The kids wouldn’t even eat them.
