Just purchased these to try and we are very disappointed at how dry and hard they are. The flavor is pretty good. Maybe better packaging would help them stay fresh and soft.

Cookies are hard as rocks. Really dry too. Very disappointing because they are tasty but just have the texture of cookies that are overbaked, stale and dry. Like they're past the due date shown on the label. Waste of money.

Purchased these on occasion and liked them. Brought a package home tonight snd they're as hard as a rock. I've noticed in the past several months certain items in the bakery aren't up to the usual very good quality.

These cookies are harder than a rock! They have a stale taste, absolutely horrible, my kids can’t even enjoy them they’re too hard to bite. I was better off buying a pack of chips ahoy.

They looked so yummy and soft in the packaging but they are definitely on the harder side of chocolate chip cookies. They also get stale kind of quickly. I've had better cookies from Sam's club.

These cookies are hard and chewy at the same time which gives them a stale texture. The taste is not that great either. Won't be buying them again.
