Not sure about these cookies. I've bought them a few times now. The first two times I bought them they were nice and soft, which I loved. Got a package of them today and they're crispy. The flavor is good and my family will eat them, but I prefer them soft and chewy. I'll buy them every so often, but I won't eat them unless they're soft. The price is good, in my opinion.

I love the flavor of these cookies and one thing I especially liked was that they were a little on the chewy side. WELL, the box of cookies I received today are so hard I'm afraid they will break my teeth! The Madeleines I bought last week were totally stale. What's happening to your bakery, Sams?

We have been buying these cookies pretty much every time we come in. This time they were very hard. Not really stale but hard like a rock. We did check the date and they were fresh. I sure hope the next ones are back to the soft delicious ones.

Super loaded with sugar but a delicious treat. I only let my kids eat a few because of this... So me and my spouse ate the rest within the next 3 or 4 days. Even the last cookies were yummy.

These cookies are hard as rocks! Not what you expect for fresh baked cookies. Really disappointed. They were in a different package today and not the tub. Maybe this packaging is making them stale?

If you try these, go in the store to get them instead of using pickup. They gave us 4 day old cookies, and they are so dry that we are throwing them away. They look like they might be good if they were actually fresh. I’m not buying them again.

Just purchased these to try and we are very disappointed at how dry and hard they are. The flavor is pretty good. Maybe better packaging would help them stay fresh and soft.
