Very hard dough used. I never bought the smaller cookies, only the larger ones. The larger ones have soft dough, which I prefer. We had to question whether they were fresh.

These seemed like a good deal and we love the chocolate chunk cookies, but these were so hard and sticky. Won’t be buying again. Did finish them so I guess they’re worth 2 stars.

They were tasty, but I was looking for a larger cookie variety that day & had no choice but to buy these because there were very little options. I had a crew of 150 to feed & there weren’t enough to go around

I honestly feel like a complete idiot for buying these for two events for my kids. I bought because of the quantity, size and they look cute and kid friendly. Just know they taste horrible and I will never buy these again.

These cookies are gone the usually the same night I bring them home. They are just that good, I have 4 big cookie monsters at home sometimes I have to buy 2 in one trip.

These cookies used to be so soft and delicious! Now they’re consistently hard and stale. I keep holding out hope that they’ll be soft the next time we get them and end up disappointed every time

These cookies are nice but can go hard fast sometimes. The flavor is nice and each one has chunks of chocolate and mini M&M's but the cookies themselves get hard fast. Put a slice of bread in with them and they'll stay soft for days.

These cookies definitely taste good but the freshness of them is questionable. I don’t mind crunchy cookies, I just think their shelf life should be less. Sams may be pushing it which is why to me they’re super crunchy.

It has too much chocolate in the cookies. It is more like eating a candy bar than a cookie. I thought it would only have the mini candy in it but it also has big chunks of chocolate. The cookies are a nice size.
