This rocker fits the bill. The only drawback is we noticed that the fabric covering on the arms start to scooch back a little bit after grasping them to get up. Exposing the styrofoam padding underneath. The fabric can be pushed back down. It’s a small design issue. I’m still giving the chair 5 stars.

But they became sold out so we had to share the one we had. Eventually (to my surprise) the rockers were available to order from Sam's online. I immediately ordered the second. Very comfortable and able to withstand some weather. The higher back supports your neck and head for a truly relaxing experience. I have fallen asleep in my rocker so I am talking comfort. My only complaint is they need some more colors to choose from.

There's a cap on the ends of the "legs" that prevent it from Rocking as far as I'd like, but it's great for a portable rocking chair. It just doesn't rock as far as a cracker barrel chair.

The color is perfect with our new rug (blue), it is comfortable, folds and unfolds easily, and I love that it rocks. I Fold them and cover with a large plastic bag when it rains just to keep them dry and clean but I bet they would dry quickly. We got a Solo Stove and I wanted a higher chair than an Adirondack, so you can see inside to the fire, and it is serving that purpose.
