Excellent quality and comfort

These chairs are durable and made of high quality. They are comfortable and provide nice support. The only things I could complain about are that 1) they are pretty heavy and bulky, and 2) the runners scratch easily, esp when using them on hard or irregular surfaces. I'm not sure how the runners will weather now that they are scratched... they scratched the first time we used them on a soccer field in the grass. We have a different set of chairs that don't actually "rock on runners," but appear to have a hydraulic for the rear legs and these don't scratch since they don't actually rock on the surface. However, they cost quite a bit more and are not as comfortable, nor do they have as ample of surface area for support. Overall, these chairs ...

Disappointed

We ordered 2 blue chairs. We received 1 black chair. The shipping box said black. We called customer service to return and get the blue chair we ordered. Customer service confirmed that the 2nd blue chair was on the way. When we received chair #2, it was also black. We called customer service again. We had to return the 2nd chair. We placed another order for 2 blue chairs. Guess what?!? They were also black. Sams usually does a better job than this.

    Best outdoor rocking chair.

    This outdoor rocker is very sturdy, comfortable, and relaxing to rock on. Love the high back, padded arms, and cup holder. Other people admire it and ask where I got it from. It’s also much cheaper than lesser quality chairs. I purchased one in the store and after the season easily ordered another online.

    Love the high back

    After purchasing one rocker in the Spring, we liked it so much that we wanted a second rocker. But they became sold out so we had to share the one we had. Eventually (to my surprise) the rockers were available to order from Sam's online. I immediately ordered the second. Very comfortable and able to withstand some weather. The higher back supports your neck and head for a truly relaxing experience. I have fallen asleep in my rocker so I am talking comfort. My only complaint is they need some more colors to choose from.

    Not for rocking

    This chair is not for rocking. It does not rock smoothly, and I can't rock at all when it is on grass. Fortunately for me, I am content with it because it is for my patio and I don't mind just having a little motion. It seems sturdy and I like that it folds for storage.

    Blown Away

    I love rocking chairs and picked this one up for the heck of it. It is absolutely amazing. Solid, way more comfy than a wooden one IMHO. Easily folds away. Built super well, I expect this will be in use every day for years to come. A no brainer for the price.

    I ❤️ this chair

    I just got it so I can't speak to durability yet, but it seems very sturdy. It is so comfortable. I like the mesh inserts because it will keep your back from getting hot. It is easy to open and close. I am so happy with it that I just ordered another one.

    Love it!

    I bought one a few weeks ago and I fell in love with it. I was on the hunt to buy another one and was successful. I can literally fall asleep on it. I absolutely love this rocking chair. I would buy more if I had the room for them. They are so comfortable and light. No assembling needed just open up and they are ready. I recommended these to my relatives and they were lucky to get a hold of some.

    Best Rocker\Out door Chair

    I bought one last year knowing nothing about them and here is my take. I truly fell in love with this chair that is a rocker and not only me, everyone time I went somewhere people tried it out and also fell in love with it!! My mom and dad got them one each,my uncle got one and so on.... I am a big guy at 300 plus lbs and this holds me up great! I cant say enough good things about it as well as my family...

    Nice chairs but do not last

    We have bought 3 of these for camping - the plastic clips that lock the chairs into the sitting position have broken on 2 of them after the first year of use. Loved them in the beginning but sitting in them only to have them collapse to the floor under you is not fun - this has happened to my husband at 225 pounds and to me at 150 pounds. The plastic does not seem to last more than a year or so.
