So far so good, received today and they are wonderful. I was concerned the flowers would show up frozen because of the lake Superior cold but the FedEx Express driver took great care of these flowers. I'm not a florist and had to find a bigger vase to fit everything in it and have it look full. I bought these for a celebration of life and I could not have asked for a better bouquet.

If I could give zero stars!!! Ordered flowers for my moms birthday. Paid for the shipping on a specific day %26 they never arrived. When I called Sams customer service %26 went on the chat, no one could help me because they said their floral department is closed and that I would have to wait until Monday when they opened again (which they were supposed to arrive on Friday). So upset with Sams %26 the fact no one else could help find out where the flowers were or the actual tracking for them. I will never order flowers from Sam's Club.com again.

I genuinely don't understand the poor reviews here, and I wonder if those who left them either didn't give the roses the chance to recover from their travels prior to reviewing, or perhaps didn't quite know how to care for them. Firstly, please check your expectations: you're paying less than $35 DELIVERED for 18 full-sized roses with greenery AND a vase - and you're getting them from the grower, not professionally primmed and arranged from a floral boutique. If you want professional arrangement, pay for a professional arrangement. Second, they've just spent a day + in travel, cramped in small, dark box on a plane, then a truck, getting to their destination: you don't look so hot after a full day of solid travel with no chance to freshen up either. Take them out of the box, give each stem an angled snip so they have a nice, fresh surface to drink from and set them in some lukewarm water in the sun to breathe for a bit. They WANT to stretch out and open up for you! Finally, once they've perked up and you're ready, give them a once over to tidy them up and arrange them how you like. Yes, you DO have to clean and arrange them yourself, as they've not come from a florist. Examine the exterior petals of each bloom and gently remove the 1-3 that are bruised or damaged - they've done their job and protected the larger bloom. Trim them to the length you want, remove any leaves that will sit below the water line (to avoid expediting their demise), use the pieces of greenery you like, leave out what you don't, arrange in either the vase they came with or another vessel if you prefer, and enjoy your freakin' gorgeous and crazy affordable roses!

I was not at all pleased with these roses. Of course they were beautiful on the website but when received, they were already turning brown and were stuffed in the vase. They looked very squished. I've seen nicer flowers in the grocery store for a lot less.

I thought I was ordering a bouquet of arranged flowers that would be delivered table ready for an upcoming event. (Why else would you buy flowers from the florist?) But what was delivered was a box of flowers and filler that still had to be arranged after delivery. Filler is only big ugly leaves and no baby's breath. Also the vase is too small for the arrangement. Now it's 48 hours before the event and I spent $140 on two arrangements of 18 roses and this is what they look like. What an absolute joke!!! Also there's a $25 service/delivery fee that gets slapped onto your floral order. Both arrangements I ordered were to be delivered to the same address. I had to pay TWO service fees. Two 18-roses arrangements delivered was $140. Look at my pictures and decide for yourself if you think this is worth $140. Oh, and now my event is in 48 hours and I absolutely cannot use these without investing time in arranging them (which is the whole reason why I paid this premium for the flowers). Plus the filler is just green waxy leaves why is there no baby breath or greenery variety?!?! These are for a 60th wedding anniversary party!!!! Please save yourself from my current crisis and please don't order these unless you want to pay through the nose for a delivery company to bring you some grocery store roses and filler for you to arrange yourself. Never ever again!!!

Very poor quality of flowers this time. None of the flowers opened, the bouquet did not look anything like the picture. There were no yellow roses or red. The majority of the flowers were pink and off pink color. Did not look colorful and vibrant. Not as fresh as the first time I ordered. I am not purchasing them ever again.

I purchased the 12 stem rainbow bouquet for my bestie before Valentines Day. She was very happy with the arrangement . She said she could smell them throughout multiple rooms of her home. I would like to thank Sams Club for another great product at a great price!!!

I ordered two bouquets of mixed color roses for some family members. I could only order them for delivery for the next week, so there is no fast shipping using SAMS Club. The delivery had me worried as they kept changing the time and I was afraid they would die if left in the truck overnight. But no fear, they made it there at about 7 pm. The flowers were just beautiful. They were healthy and gorgeous and came with a lot of pretty greenery. They came with a vase also. I got pictures from the recipients for several weeks telling me how the flowers still looked great. I would not hesitate to order from SAMS Club again.

Waste of money. Bought bicolor and rainbow for daughters both were almost completely wilted and rainbow set only had 11 roses. Trimmed, watered and arranged..left under floral light and next day they were all wilted. We were so disappointed and will NEVER try it again.

I order these a week in advance for my mom's 79th birthday. We waited all day hoping they would arrive on the scheduled delivery date. THE BDAY flowers NEVER ARRIVED. Contacted Sam's Club via chat, Ana was no help, said they would call tomorrow between 7-9 so we will see if they will resolve, but if I was you save your time and money because this paid for gift the recipient never received. Seriously seriously disappointed.!!
