[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this product 3 stars because of the dry feeling I got for about 10 minutes. As far as the product working, it does work. The itch went away. I can stand the little dryness as long as it takes away the itch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions state that it takes about two minutes to start working. And that you only use one drop in each eye once daily. After putting one drop in each eye, my eyes were very blurry I couldn't stop blinking. This lasted for about 2 minutes and then my vision cleared and my eyes stopped bothering me. It's almost like it creates a film over your eyes and it has to have time to set up before it starts working. This happened each time I've used it. Definitely recommend using it and waiting for a few minutes before you try to do anything.

Especially since the review request was made soon after, before actual springtime allergy season starts in my area I would like to say it works, but was only able to use it once, due to potential allergic response that included itchy eyes; in which it seemed to mildly help the issue, but not fully relieve it I would like to give a better review, but due to being sent this product outside of the time when my allergies begin, I can only base my opinion off the 1 time I may have been affected.

I normally have to use drops several times through out the day, but with using the Pataday drops I was able to cut back, because they provided soothing relief that lasted for hours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently I tried pataday once daily relief for eyes and I'm not as pleased with it as I thought I would be. It's easy to apply. Its supposed to last for 24 hours but I found it lasted about half the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Allergy season is just getting start where I live so getting this was perfect timing. I have fairly bad allergies. My eyes seem to either be watering or dry and itchy. These drops did help them from getting dried out for a prolonged period of time. I really liked them.

I like to sit outside alot and with the pollen now covering everything, it makes my eyes itch so bad. I really like these drops because it relieved the itching, burning and watering.

I initially got a strange feeling and blurriness that lasted for about a half hour, because of this reaction I chose not to use it again. I still have a scratchy sensation in my left eye and I can’t get rid of it. None of these issues I have ever had. I guess this product is not for me.
