Easy to put together with two people. Very sturdy but not too heavy to move. Large enough for 4 older kids.

Well made, efficient, detailed instructions. Requires at least 2 but preferably 3 people to assemble in a timely manner due to cumbersome structure.

My 7 and 10-year-old boys love it, as do all of the neighbor kids! Was a pain to put together, but totally worth it.
