Just ordered a replacement cover for $400. Original one has one side full of water. Poor quality.

Great product

Made my purchase based upon the fact that the Strong Spa Company makes this spa. I was extreemly disappointed when I saw inside the cabinet that it has untreaded wood framing and very little insulation. It is a great looking tub on the outside, but it is what is on the inside that gives it any chance of longevity. I have had mine running now for 2 days and I can see that it is wet under the cabinet, but can not detect any obvious leaks.
That will mean that the structure supporting the tub will not last long. I do not understand why they would choose to build with cheap materials when the real cost is in the labor to manufacture these spas. Wish I knew this before making such a large and important purchase.

This is the best hot tub I've been in!  The price was less than half that the local spa store charges for one this size. We just had to pay $300 for help to set it up where we wanted it and $40 for an electrician to hook it up (wiring was there from the old hot tub). The jets are great and love that it has 2 pumps. My Grandson loves the lights!
