Sound ++| Fell out lost 1 w/in 2wks|too ez to lose

Sound was very good. Noise canceling works as advertised. Even when being careful about placement falls out of ears and case too easily. I am extremely cautions and have a set discipline if comes out of ear goes into case... then case goes into a particular pocket. (have airpods in one pocket/these in other) Got to go with new Samsung A22-Ultra figuring intuitive design to get best use of new phn... figured Galaxy buds-to Galaxy phn||| cleaner intuitive interaction (like airpods to an Iphone) it was not. Already have one of these buds lost ... still kind of works with one... but can't update the driver/software without both --- so when I go to use phn have to keep canceling nag message to update... that I will never be able to without both. Even with careful fitting and placement falls out of ears far too easily. Don't trust the magnetics in the case to secure lid and keep in place... very weakly held in place ... you will drop these getting them out of case especially if doing something else and need to put in to answer a call, or put in to make a call when you are multi-tasking. Battery life is pretty good. they are very sensitive to handle... if you have to adjust in ear mid song/mid call high likelihood will accidentally trigger touch sensor and pause, hang up etc. Regret this purchase - If you get.. secure your case with a second case... Before using it to do anything fun or enjoyable ... take the time to set up the find my earbuds... and setup the notifications and such for finding them or let you know if have left behind somewhere.... you will probably need it.

Disappointed

It doesn't stay on. Fall off with a little movement of the head. I lost one within the 2 first minutes of use. It fell where I couldn't get it back. Can't even return it now. Very disappointed

Missing the additional ear pieces

My first pair if ear buds. So far the sound is good. Did not come with the additional ear pieces that were supposed to come with the purchase.
