Happy with my purchase true an upgrade from the LG wrap around headset with the wires that will short out over time no worries and no complaints with these included different sizes for your ear in case the originals plastic covers do not fit exactly for what your ear needs to stay comfortable. Definitely a good buy.

I had hoped to get a pair of wireless earbuds to use for listening to music when walking and for handsfree talking on the phone while I did household chores like unloading the dishwasher. These just dont stay in my ears, as I talk they slowly work their way out of my ears. They do the same when I walk. 
They are very user friendly and paired really easily with my phone, but they just dont stay in my ears.

Product not working well

This is my 3rd set of Samsung buds. 
Least favorite.  Case and buds very slick.  Left bud slipped out of my hand and lost before even being used.  Keep dropping case and other bud pops out so matter of time before that is lost.
