perfect for when im at work or home. noise canceling works great and the transparency works awesome as well so i can pay attention at work to ambient noise around me so anything safety related.

That was really excited to be able to find this one still and all my first pair of beats, but I realized that these do not pare unless you have the case with you, which is an inconvenience for sure

Both ear buds worked well the very first time on a flight. I put both earbuds in their case when I landed for a connecting flight. Went to get on my next flight and the right ear bud could not connect whatsoever. I tried everything you can think of and followed every tip and trick on Reddit to YouTube to get the right ear bud to connect. The case would not and could not detect the right ear bud. Don't get these earbuds.

After all the money I spent on these earbuds the last thing I thought would happen was that they would blow out. Second day I had them the left bud blew. I hadnt even turned them up loud yet. Complete waste of money save it to buy something worthwhile.

Too small for my arthritic hands. I even had trouble getting them out of the case, then kept dropping them when I tried to insert them in my ears. They might have great sound but I'll never know. I returned them for something with over the ear hooks.

Battery life is 4 hours if you're lucky, no way of knowing battery life without going to settings in your phone, case will not tell you its dead until its too late, always have 2 dead earbuds even though I use one at a time. Always dead battery, 30$ amazon earbuds had better battery life and user interface than these. Only bought them because I don't want a sensor, sucks I have to have a button at all. Ear buds don't need touch or voice control. Makes them suck. Cant turn it off, even if siri is deactivated in your phones setting these earbuds will pick up ambient noice and activate voice control without your prompt. Would not buy again.

They sound great, which is one nice thing about them. The distance for the connection is poor. I use these headphones at work while operating a forklift. i work in a lumber yard and usually leave my phone on my lift whenever i need to get off to do anything. Just walking around in front of my lift is sometimes enough to cause it to start losing connection. nothing is even in between the headphones and my device. The noise canceling feature and ambient noise fearure both work great. If the connection worked better, they would be 5 stars. No reason they should lose conenction within 15 feet of my device. I use to use a cheap walmart pair and they would stay connected 100 feet away. Do better apple. You have ruined a great product in the name of business and its pathetic.

The battery support on the case and the buds are really bad. It's better to find some other buds in the same price range. After 2 months of use, I need to charge my case every day even if I'm not using the buds all the time. The decline in battery suppory is just shocking.

absolutely hate themI bought them for my husband for Christmas and even changing to each earbud size they dont stay in his small ears or my larger ears. one fell out of his ear and into the lake the first week he wore them, even when being held/covered with his beanie. now he only uses the one he has left at home until we can afford another set. even laying in bed when he turns his head it falls out. we tried placing it in the ear different ways to make it stay and no use. sound it great but no point if they dont stay in the ear
