I thought these earbuds would be perfect for my ears. My ears are different sizes and a little weird and I can never get an earbud to stay in. These ones seem to stay in, but I have not been able to get them connected or get the earbuds themselves to turn on and yes, that's with being charged.

Both ear buds worked well the very first time on a flight. I put both earbuds in their case when I landed for a connecting flight. Went to get on my next flight and the right ear bud could not connect whatsoever. I tried everything you can think of and followed every tip and trick on Reddit to YouTube to get the right ear bud to connect. The case would not and could not detect the right ear bud. Don't get these earbuds.

Only one side works… I'm very disappointed

I got a pair thinking it's gonna be all that but to be honest it does have a good sound but a little bit uncomfortable in the ear gotta keep pushing it in to get a better sound or to hear the bass better not every ear is the same but I feel it could of been a better design to fit better . Sorry

I lost one of my cheap amazon earbuds, so i thought it was time for an upgrade. These were actually a downgrade!! The worst earbuds I've ever had. They don't stay in the ear. They don't hold a charge. The earbud nor the case will hold a charge. The range is terrible. Cuts out at the other end of my house. And my house isn't that big. Going back to my cheap amazon buds.

These are the best earbuds that I have ever owned . I have never found a pair of earbuds that were loud enough to my liking while listening to my music but these are exactly what I wanted. They drown out all outside noise so I can just focus on my music and enjoy myself while listening to it and while using my earbuds. Most other earbuds that I have tried also hurt my ears after a while but these don't. They are very comfortable. I also love the color of them. I picked out the red ones. My only complaint is that I purchased a 2-year accident protection plan for my earbuds but I didn't receive an email or any kind of proof that I purchased the plan. Other than that, overall I am very pleased with my new set of earbuds.

Too small for my arthritic hands. I even had trouble getting them out of the case, then kept dropping them when I tried to insert them in my ears. They might have great sound but I'll never know. I returned them for something with over the ear hooks.

This review is not based on my experience shopping with Walmart for this purchase. They provided phenomenal service during the Christmas season which undoubtedly makes things more difficult for them (Walmart). As far as the headphones go I'm VERY disappointed. This is my first time purchasing earbuds from Beats. I have purchased Beats Studio3 wireless over ear headphones and they worked very well. Extremely well in fact, which therefore lead me to believe the earbuds would have similar functionality. That was absolutely not the case. I bought them for my sons as a part of their Christmas gifts in 2023. It hasn't even been 4 months and from the very beginning they have been terrible. I can never hear my son clearly if he is using them on a phone call. In order for me to understand anything he is saying he must remove them completely and just use the phone normally. In terms of listening to music which is their main function; also subpar is an understatement. They advertise active noise cancellation which may be the only thing that actually works as they can't hear anything when they are wearing them so I think they got one star by default. They can hear the music they listen to so I guess that's a plus. They have trouble pairing to the phone. In addition they sometimes stay connected even after being taken off and put in the charging case (with the case being closed). My son also says they constantly fall out of his ears. The battery life is great tho. He said he barely ever has to charge.

After all the money I spent on these earbuds the last thing I thought would happen was that they would blow out. Second day I had them the left bud blew. I hadnt even turned them up loud yet. Complete waste of money save it to buy something worthwhile.

Battery life is 4 hours if you're lucky, no way of knowing battery life without going to settings in your phone, case will not tell you its dead until its too late, always have 2 dead earbuds even though I use one at a time. Always dead battery, 30$ amazon earbuds had better battery life and user interface than these. Only bought them because I don't want a sensor, sucks I have to have a button at all. Ear buds don't need touch or voice control. Makes them suck. Cant turn it off, even if siri is deactivated in your phones setting these earbuds will pick up ambient noice and activate voice control without your prompt. Would not buy again.
