The meat itself was food. We bought these for a wedding reception thinking they would be uniform in size, they were not. We paod 158. When we got homw the sticker on the box said 146.

i brined over night in apple cider and apple juice as i always do and these took much longer to get to temp in smoker.very tough to pull apart but the flavor was very good. will buy seperate next time i need several for smoking
