I put this in the smoker and let it smoke all day and then slice the pork for dinner. YUM! Whats left goes into the crockpot for pulled pork sandwiches for lunches during the week. Double yum!

Great for having the whole family over for a crockpot roast. Add mini potatoes, onions and carrots. Seasonings and beef broth. Sooo good. Always have left overs for a great BBQ sandwich . Yum!

Bought an 8lb package. It it in half and made pulled pork in a CrokPot (on high for 6 hours). It was Amazing. One giant bone fell right out. Froze the other 1/2 for a later date. Bought it on sale as well.

Very little fat. A lot of meat. Cooked up well with good flavor.

Started @ 9.1# ended @ 4.5# didn't expect that much loss. It taste great and cheaper than eating out.

I bought the pork butt to make bar-b-que sandwiches. They were tender and finger licking good. There were no leftovers!

One of the best porks we've had in a long time. It was a great price too.
