No customer service in the meat dept. Trying to purchase meat for your business is like ropin the wind. The employees in the meat dept couldn’t care less about helping. They are rude. Chance is the only one trying to help. But he is far down the good chain. I think I spend quite a bit of money with sams….$50k a year. So frustrating. Management is no better. No return phone calls. Just ignore. Just a discussion to figure out a resolution would be nice. They all hide behind voicemail.

Meat was of good quality. Not sure why I had to pay for the weight of the box and not just the weight of the butts??????

These were great!!! Smoked them on a pellet grill for a graduation party. Very little trimming needed and tasted great.

Had 8 well packaged butcher trimmed bone-in boston butts at a very competitive price.

Sam's Club seems to trim the pork butts better than other grocery stores.
