With the current outbreak it was nice to use the scan and go app to get in and get out. They are doing the best the can. About what I expected. I still can't stand being hassled walking out by the home improvement dudes.

I gave the product four stars due to the fact that I was limited to only two eGift Cards. I would have ordered more if Sam's Club website had allowed. Otherwise, the cards are outstanding!

Sams club is having an issue with the $500 giftcards riging up as a $200 giftcard. The employees were very nice and said that they were instructed to pull the cards from the floor and somone must hve accidentally restocked them. So, check your giftcards and make sutlre they are the vorrect amoun. The $500 g/c was supposed to be a doobuster deal at 10% ($450) off but turns out it was just a bust!

Only lets you buy 2 of the digital ones. Not just per order, but per member. I need more than that, so I have to go to the store anyway. Not convenient at all. I checked terms & conditions and no where does it say that members can only buy 2 total. Very frustrating. I'm trying to give you my money Sam's Club. Why don't you want it??

Love the discounted cards. Not a fan of the limits. I used to be able to purchase the cards in quantity of 2 on separate orders. After talking to customer service they now limit 2 per membership every 30 days. I use these to pay my DVC Annual Dues and Annual Passes to the parks. Unfortunate for myself losing the extra savings and for Sams as they will now lose these sales.

I ordered two digital versions of the Disney $50 gift card. I tried to use them immediately and one of them did not work. When I contacted Sam's club about getting assistance with this I was told that they could not assist me and I had to go through their third party vendor, of which they didn't even bother to provide me with that contact information. if I cannot get this resolved, I'm going to have to dispute it with my credit card company which turns it all into a hassle. Don't buy the digital version of this gift card.

I purchased 2 $500 gift cards on 12/7/23, didn't receive them in 48 hours. Contacted chat support on 12/9/23 after 48 hours, was told my email was the issue and that I would be receiving an email within 24 hours with a Sam's Gift Card to repurchase the gift cards with a different email. 24 hours later no gift card, contacted chat support again and was informed my account was deemed a bulk account and they could do nothing and disconnected the chat without letting me get another word in. I looked into their bulk policy and my account nowhere near met the criteria for it. Called customer service last night, 12/10/23, provided them with a new email address as requested and was told I would receive the gift cards in the new email within 24 hours. ANOTHER 24 hours later still no email with the gift cards and am currently on hold trying to reach a solution as the $969.69 charge has posted on my card and Sam's Club has not fulfilled my order.
