Useful and good looking. Especially like the removable plastic insert. No need to move the can. Just pull out the insert and replace bag. Self close lid works great.

Love the color and size. I needed a new trash can and have searched for a rose gold can. It holds a lot more than my old can. Easy to change bags and lid closes silently. Great purchase!

I like the product, 2nd purchase. Someone mysteriously broke the lid opening mechanism on the first one we had for about 4 years. Overall good product and the finish matches our other appliances.

This garbage can has solved the problem of our nosy little beagle getting into the garbage. I love the soft close. My only complaint is that trying to get the inner can back into the compartment feels like an Olympic sport.

it worked well for about two years then the pedal broke. the plastic pedal mechanism will fail sooner or later. you cannot fix the plastic lever when it breaks. i tried. to use the trash can you have to lift the lid by hand. the stainless steel is low quality and will rust over time. it is not worth the price in my opinion.

I purchased the red trash can and I am thrilled with the way it looks. Ive had the silver one in my laundry room for several years that I pull out during birthdays, barbecues etc. and it still looks good %26 functions well. The packaging is very impressive! The company really makes sure you receive the product in excellent condition.

This is a good-looking trash can and I like the step to open the lid and the removable insert which makes it easy to remove trash bags when needed or simply empty the trash at all if you're using it for something you don't need trsh bags for. Overall, though, I don't recommend buying this trash can. The step on ours broke (doesn't lift the lid anymore) after about a year. For a while before that, it wasn't consistently lifting the lid when you stepped on it. I also don't like how there are several very-hard-to-clean nooks and crannies around the hinge mechanism that collect gunk and crumbs. The exterior also seems to become harder and hard to clean as time passed. If you're in a house with only adults who are going to handle the trash can well, you'll probably have no problems. But, if you have kids who won't always treat it gently and carefully empty trash into it, I don't recommend this one.

This was our first hands-free trash can. It sits at the end of a counter in our kitchen so we wanted something that would look nice and be easy to use ... and it fit the bill. It was the most expensive trash can we've ever purchased by far, but we thought we would be able to use it for a long time. After about 5 years, though, the plastic lever piece weakened and then snapped. Sadly, it does not look to be repairable.
