When you step on pedal the lid flings open hits the wall too flimsy wish I would have seen it before ordering online

Very nice-looking receptacle, almost too nice to throw trash in. Opens easily with foot pressure, closes slowly with no banging. Worth the money.

Love it right out of the box.  Lid opens softly and closes the same.  Easy removal of inner trash can to change out full trash bags.

Overall, this is a good, functional trash can, but it is not fingerprint resistant and the finish scratches very easily.

It’s a nice looking garbage can however, the lid cannot stay up. If you are cooking, and you need to leave the lid up The lid automatically closes every time you step on the bar on the bottom. We currently own a simply human can in the lid, will stay up if you lift it. So we will be returning this, and buying another simply human.

Never thought I'd spend this much on a trash can, but it's worth it to me it'll last for years, even if I'm not around. Easy to clean, looks great. Red is more of a copper but it still looks great. Goes easy against wall. Love how inner liner comes out, makes taking out trash much easier. Plus putting bag in is easier because you don't have to struggle to fit it. Foot step works good.
