Buttons on the seat came loose in two weeks with minimal use. I tried to contact Sam's Club through chat and phone and got disconnected multiple times and on hold forever. I did not have the box to send back. Very disappointed.

If you’re looking for a chair that makes you feel like you’re going to fall backward and crack your head open - this is for you. Cute to look at but that’s where it ends. Not to mention the farting noises it makes when you stand up.

Very well constructed with quality materials. Some report feeling like it might fall back and for a taller person I could see that but for most this is a great chair.

It’s a nice chair, it looks great, but it makes my butt hot. I don’t even have to sit on it very long, and my butt feels sweaty. It does not breathe at all.

Chairs look great, but buttons are uncomfortable! When you sit on chair the buttons make it painful to slide and adjust position because the strings attached to buttons become exposed leaving buttons loose to dig into thighs and rear.

I like this chair. It is relatively comfy but it scratches and chips at the slightest movement. I was working off a card table and one turn to the vinyl , chip and scratch. You will need to have a pen handy if you want to keep it pretty. By the way thats within a day of use. I am returning.

The chair looks great, but they do not stay up anymore. I can no longer control the height of the chair.

Easy to assemble. Good looking with our desk. I bought two chairs and delivery was early for one chair and late for the other.
