This is a beautifully made chair. It is easily assembled and is the right size.when you are limited for space. I liked the color choices and I chose the grey with the walnut wood. I also like the MCM style and this one fits in with our decor. I bought this as my son needed a chair for his desk to replace a big gaming chair he had been using. Like I said before this chair is the perfect size. He also said that it is comfortable sitting. I also thought it was reseasonbly priced.

I was looking for a chair with more rigid back support. Got it. The chair was easy to assemble and the pneumatic function seems to work well. But the seat is less comfortable than I expected and I kind of slide off the front of the chair too much over time, which means that I have to reposition myself more often than one should normally.

The chair is nice, but the buttons on this chair or horrible. The leather on this chair won't last if you use it everyday. I have only had mine for 2 weeks and it is sloping already.

4 of the wheels were completely broken, tried to order replacements but it is an off size.

I have had this (lovely) chair for a week and had not had much opportunity to sit in it until today. Each time I've sat in it, I slowly sink down. I turned it over to try & figure out what is happening & it appears that the height adjustment lever is already touching the red button at the top of the pneumatic cylinder -- prior to putting your weight on it. So as soon as you sit............. down you go. I took the screws out of that part and have tried to troubleshoot (I see not advice or troubleshooting listed anywhere) to no avail. I am not sure if this specific chair is faulty or what. But it's highly disappointing.
