It's not the shipping that breaks up the crackers, It's the packaging in the can. My mother send me a can in the mail and it was crumb city and she bubble wrapped it. I told to open the can and put a layer of crumbled paper towels and then ship it and they came in perfect condition. The company will not do that but if they would put something that will not let them bounce around in the can, it would be so much better for shipping.

These are very tasty, fresh and crisp, lightly toasted. They're lower sodium, maybe bigger than regular saltines, and are good in soup. But I rate four stars because of the packaging. The crackers are very fragile and break even if the metal can is shaken, and the lid is hard to open. They should put them in a wax paper carton instead. These are the only brand of saltines I could find that don't contain soybean oil.

I love thjs item, but you guys have fo do something about the packaging. They got here all broken and crumbled. No way to enjoy them. Is like i wasted my money. I got two, and they were both the same. Such a shane because it is a great product. One star for packaging,5 for the product

I ordered this crackers last November, arrived on time, but they charged me 28usd and only received 1 can of crackers, all of them in very small pieces, we were unable to eat them. Now I see them for less than 5usd as is close to the price in supermarkets. Overpriced, bad product.

I love these crackers I have been eating them since 2011 Never had them shipped before always bought them in the store But I did it this way because I couldnt but I did it this way because I couldnt find them they were very broken up. Not happy about that wish you would carry them in my local store I would be buying them all the time because even though they were all broken up they still taste good

i agree with the other reviews. no care in packaging. items all dented %26 goods broken. there will always be some broken ones but mot most. price is not consistent. i was a return customer. not anymore. the price gouging needs to stop. there are other soda crackers just as good %26 a fair price. want to keep your customers, then be fair %26 don't get greedy with your overcharge. Bye!

I have to be honest about my review even though my review might not be as positive as those posted. Bought my large green Keebler tin of soda crackers. Could no believe that these crackers are not wrapped in some sort of plastic bag to prevent them from becoming stale. No taste what so ever. Club crackers are 200% better tasting. They are crunchy, air blown type of crunch. But because of packaging, I doubt if it would last long. I would give it 2 stars out of 5

Im not too fond of saltine crackers except in soup or chili. That is until i bought these. Thin, crunchy, not too much salt, tasty, not “floury”. Absolutely love them! The can keeps them fresh and crispy so i wont be tossing out soft, stale crackers anymore. So glad i took a chance and tried Keeblers!

Very good quality of the product, but the can arrived dented at the front of the lid, again bad handling of the product in the shipment, or they are sending the things that are damaged, which in the end is a waste of time for one and money for the company .

Nastiest, messiest experience with food bought online I've ever had the misfortune to try to deal with. These honestly deserve NEGATIVE stars or at least NONE AT ALL. First of all, they're just crammed down in the can. There's NO liner. NO cellophane bag to protect the crackers. NOTHING. It's just crackers crammed in a tin. So of course, when you open them, they're in itty bitty pieces that fly EVERYWHERE and they're all STALE AS ALL GET OUT so nothing is even close to edible and I swear that I found weird stuff that was NOT crackers in the tin when I subsequently dumped the whole lot out for the birds. NASTY. DO NOT BUY. I HONESTLY THINK THERE WERE BUGS IN THIS.
