Hello, I am disappointed to report that I found the red light therapy face, neck, and chest masks did the exact opposite of what I expected. I don’t know if there is an initial period of time in which your face dries out and looks worse, before the activation of the collagen level begins. If so, I did not read that anywhere. And honestly, I’m nervous to resume using RLT for fear of it further aging me. My Reddit research revealed that this experience is more common than I thought. I really don’t know how to proceed.

Been using the mask as prescribed for about 2.5 months. Not sure I’ve really noticed any different in my skin but will continue to use it in hopes that it’s doing something! It’s also too big in the lower face so I have to wear in lying down and hold the straps in place to make it tighter. Also annoying that you don’t know when it’s going to lose battery so it will just turn off in the middle of a session. The charger should blink or something when close to depleted

The mask itself is too big for my face so the cut outs for the eyes, nose, and lips do not line up and the chin strap hangs down too far. I had to cut back on using it. I was doing it every other day, but it was too much for my sensitive skin. My face and neck became red and burned. Felt like I was wind or sun burned. Plan to only use it maybe twice a week for a while. It is very relaxing and until my face became irritated, I felt like I could see a difference.

I was a little disappointed that the mask doesn’t fit me very well. The eye/nose/mouth openings don’t hit me where they should and the straps don’t go tight enough. Also, I find it very hard to do anything else while I’m wearing it. I’ve only had it about a week so too early to tell if it’s worth the money bc I haven’ t seen any results yet.

I recently purchased the series 2 red light Mask after my omni lux broke. Here are my thoughts , this mask is way more comfortable. It also has more coverage like on the chin. The bag it comes in is way better quality than the other and that matters bc it's something you will use often. The straps are also better except for these small black fibers that come off the strap I'm assuming. I'm not happy about hose fibers being all over the mask and getting my face even after cleaning the mask a bunch of times. That is my one & only con about this mask. For the price I shouldn't have to deal with that. I definitely see improvement on using red light therapy compared to not using. My dry flaky skin has vanished. My light wrinkles have softened and my pores are not there as long as I use steadily. I will not ever be without this therapy. Oh also the lips part is too small but it could also be applying therapy to the lips then.

While I believe in the quality of the mask, I have a real problem with the fit. It is just too big and the eye cutouts are not big enough. I have had to use some creativity do get the mask to fit snuggly but it is just too big for my face. I regret that I would not buy this mask again due to its ill fitting.

I researched LED masks for over six months before deciding on the CurrentBody mask. I specifically wanted something that was red light only, beneficial for aging skin (I’m 53), and easy to travel with since I fly often.This mask has not disappointed. I’ve noticed a more even complexion, faded **** *****, and an overall radiance in my skin that wasn’t there before. I started using it on December 28, so I’m now a little over two months in.I’m very consistent and use it five times a week, and it has become such an easy part of my routine. It’s simple to charge, comfortable to wear, and I actually enjoy the 10 minutes of unwinding while it works.Paired with medical-grade skincare, this truly feels like the missing piece of the puzzle for my skin. I highly recommend it!

I find it easier to use this device when laying down. The head straps are awkward for me, and the mask does not fit well, especially around my mouth. I will continue to use the mask for its skin health benefits, but i would not repurchase this particular style.

It's been a few weeks (about 6 now) and I am definitely seeing results in the brightness. I know it takes longer for the sun spots and the deeper wrinkles however, I am not seeing much change in the fine lines.The mask itself is a one size fits all and unfortunately it seems it is made for larger faces and heads. Red light therapy needs to touch skin to truly work. As it is now, because the mask is round, if you have a long or slender face, you literally have to hold it for 10 minutes against your face. I have the straps maxxed out for tight and it's still wobbly and the third strap is completely useless and no instructions as to exactly HOW that third strap is used. A big improvement would be offering different shapes or sizes of the mask - not everyone has round cheeks, etc. Overall, it's not very comfortable to use because of the fact that it doesn't sit on slender/longish faces and third strap useless.
