Not the most comfortable. Velcro straps don’t stay on well and I’m wondering if will ability to grip will wear off over time. The area where it attaches in the middle back of the head pop apart sometimes. Lights are nice and bright. Was not aware that there is a large battery pack attached.

I looked up many different red light masks and this one is far more superior than the other ones on the market. The only thing that I find fault with is that there are no instructions of any kind with this, there's a lot of disclaimers but no instructions on how to charge how to hook up the Velcro strips, nothing

Mask is fine and functions properly. The problem is it doesn't fit my face. It's not tall enough so some forehead is not getting coverage. Also very tight around my nose. Tried everything including laying down and just resting mask on my face. Still tight on my nose and leaves a big mark every time I use it. Support is no help, kind of AI generated responses. There's no refund once package is opened so be aware of that.

Although the mask itself is flexible, the eye shields are not. They are hard and uncomfortable. I have tried using the mask laying down flat on my back as well as sitting up. I'm not sure yet if it was worth the price. Because of the discomfort, I have not worn it nightly. It is easy to use.

I purchased this product in December 2025. Less than months later, the neck mask quit working. Now today ( a couple weeks later) the face mask quit working. The company accepted the exchange. However two things. They charged shipping for the exchange for the faulty product. Second, I am very concerned about the quality of these products knowing they gave out after less than 6 months of use. I wouldn’t buy them again knowing that as soon as the warranty is up they will most likely fail.

I’ve been using this for about 10 weeks, and haven’t really noticed anything yet. I’m 65 so maybe this isn’t for me, but I’m going to keep at it. The quality is nice but it’s big. Maybe I’m wrong, but I had thought the lights were supposed to touch your skin for best results. When I tighten the straps, it touches my cheekbones and nothing else so I’m constantly holding it to try to make contact. Overall it’s a nice product, I’ll just wait and see if it works for me.

I purchased this for my wife who is petite and has a narrow face. The chin strap keeps the form wide and it doesn’t create a proper fit. She never wore the mask apart from to try it on and the company is refusing the return within a week of delivery because the box was open. How else can you fit a face mask without trying it on! Buyer beware you could be loosing your money if the product doesn’t fit well.

Have not seen a difference. Other than wrinkles around eyes and lips are getting bigger and more prominent. Have been using the product religiously three times a week on clean skin since receiving it in April. currently unhappy with product, but will continue to use it, but would not recommend it.

Been using this for a little over four weeks and I’ve started to see results. There hasn’t been a ton yet but my skin tone overall looks warmer. The before is noted with a “B” and after with an “A.” All photos were taken in a closed room with the same lighting at the same time each night with a clean washed face.Positives:-easy to use-long battery life-clip on battery for moving-silicon is easily reshapedNegatives-does not always sit flush against faceI have a smaller head and no matter how tight I put the strap it does not sit flat against my cheek area. It is tight around the eyebrow area but then curves outward away from the forehead. The only solution I have found is to thread the extra over head strap down and around the lower ear straps to pull it tighter against my lower face. It fits snug around my eyebrows and cheekbones but then starts to flare. Even with this negative I still highly recommend this mask. I’ve used it exactly as recommended with the number of nights and always look forward to it. It’s like my own little home spa *********.

I am enjoying using the mask and feel like I can see subtle results. However, I struggle with the straps in order to make it fit tight enough along the jawline. I have tightened it to the farthest point and it is still loose. Otherwise, I am enjoying using it.
