I have been using this for about a month now, I haven’t noticed any drastic changes just yet, but I’m hopeful. I used to go in for red light treatment, which is very expensive, so this is a great alternative.

I've already recommended as a form of self care, I've also noticed improvement in my sleep...not sure if that's due to the red light and/or from the meditation I do while I have the mask on but either way improved sleep is always a win

I've been using the LED mask daily for a month, 10 minutes each session. So far, I haven't noticed significant changes in my skin. I'm optimistic that I might see improvements in 3 or 6 months, but considering the price, I find it a bit expensive.
