So far, I love it! I'm about a month into it, using it everyday for 10 minutes. The biggest thing I've seen is that it's helping to keep my perioral dermatitis down which is a miracle.

I;m not sure if it is coincidence or not but my melasma flared up after about 2-3 weeks so now I am afraid to use the mask. However, I am still using the hair helmet but it has not been long enough to truly measure the hair results.

Does not fit my face well at all. My chin is where the mouth hole is. I haven’t worn it in awhile and feels like a waste of money. Also the light seeps into the eye holes and doesn’t feel safe for my eyes.

I’ve had the LED face mask less than 6 months and the battery has gone from holding about 10 sessions on a single charge to 2. I have to fully charge it nearly every day. Really disappointing for such an expensive product.

I bought the mask and loved it, however, the battery broke one week after using it. I reached out to support, and have heard crickets... now I emailed asking for a refund. Let’s see if they even respond.

This red light mask and neck are amazing! Instant results every time I use it! Really. Helps with rosacea, redness and wrinkles. I’m using 5-6 days a week so far! This is the best home device that I have used so far! Love it!!

Using daily for few weeks. Makes my skin red after use but back to normal next morning. Not noted on site but would recommend eye googles when wearing the mask...lights very bright.

i've only had my setup for a month... so it's hard to tell if there's any difference. i routinely use it after i take my morning shower. it's so easy to use and non-invasive. i use lay down for the 10 minutes that it takes ... no problem at all!

I am very happy with my results!!!! After 2 days ...my skin felt firmer, less irritated!! I use Vit C and Tret and I love my Mask!!!! Today is 3 Weeks and I am just amazed!!! I Maybe I'll buy a back up!!! Saving for the neck component now!!!!
