I've been using it consistently for two months straight and have seen no improvements of my skin. Still having the same amount of redness and breakouts and the lines on my face have shown no difference in fact I'm pretty sure the lines under my bags have gotten more distinct. and that's also with me being consistent with cleaning the mask after use and using it exactly as recommended in the manual it came with. The only thing I have gotten from it has been a consistent self care routine which has been very relaxing every evening. But the product itself has done zero. I even took a before photo so I'd really be able to track the difference

I think this is a really good mask as far as effectiveness. My only problem is the strap. I wish it had 2 instead of 1. I like to fit it as close to my skin as I can and when I make it tight to my lower face, it gaps at my forehead. 2 straps would make it fit close to your whole face. Other than that, I have no complaints!

I have only had the device for about a month but have been using it religiously. I see a slight improvement in redness and the overall brightness of my skin. I’m hopeful that in time it will get even better. My one wish would be for the strap of the device to be more user friendly. Mine is extremely short and sometimes the Velcro gets stuck in my hair. For the money this device cost, that piece should have been more well thought out.

I actually LOVE both! The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I think a strap on the lower part of the face mask would be beneficial so there is not a gap. The Velcro straps also pull my hair.It would be awesome if the neck mask had a flap of some sort that covered directly under the chin because that part is not covered wearing both the face and neck mask.

Have had this led mask for about 5 weeks now- using it 4 x a week . First time using a red light mask and wasn’t sure what to expect. When I use it I don’t put anything on my skin/ just clean face. Don’t need serum or mask or anything. I use right after a shower and it’s great. You have to hold the button down for 2-3 seconds for it to turn on. I have older sensitive skin and there’s been no irritation and I feel like it’s helping the redness go away . I have a small patch of psoriasis on my forehead and it’s really helped that / not totally gone but I feel like it really helped lessen the redness & dryness. I’m excited to keep using it to see further results.

I've been using the LED mask for about a month (about 4-5 days a week). My skin is slightly firmer and skintone has evened out just a bit. I'm hoping to get more results with continued usage. I use a peptide serum prior to the mask and I find it to be helpful. The only small annoyance is the battery pack that I have to recharge every week.

After much research, I decided to purchase this mask. Not only have I been pleased with the results, but I find that it is much easier to keep up my routine with the mask. It is battery operated and allows me to multitask. The results allow me to keep celebrating my '40th' birthday. 😉

I tried to research as many LED masks prior to this purchase and agree with other reviews the quality of this mask is great. With the exception of the Velcro tie for the mask, which pulls long hair, this is a great product. I took my own before snaps and will compare after another week (hence 4/5 stars). I suspect results will be limited, but skin care is a long term investment, right? I love the ease of use and leave it bagged on my nightstand so I can pop it on first thing - a way to wake up (wow, it's bright!).

I've been using it nearly everyday for 2 months. I don't see any difference. Still using it but don't see anything. Everyone's reviews state how they saw a difference in a few weeks which leads me to wonder if all of these reviews are from legitimate customers or they just suffer from the placebo affect. I wanted this to work. I keep getting emails about other devices that are supposed to work. Why would I purchase another device when I see no improvement using this one. I'm struggling to figure out why people speak so highly about this mask. It's easy to use I can say. Of course it was expensive and hasn't made any difference at all.... like nothing.

The LED Kit is perfect! The face and neck/decollete masks are so easy to use, and hold their charge for a long time! I can see improvement in the fine lines around my eyes, and my neck texture has improved. I’m confident that I will see more results the longer I use it.
