The face mask should have two straps so that it can fit snug on your face. If I tighten strap it hurts my nose and lifts from chin/bottom half of face. The strap position is awkward because of it. I end up pressing bottom half of my mask against my face. Because of this I avoid using it because it hurts my nose and is cumbersome to hold mask to bottom half of my face.

I have been using the face device and the neck/chest device most days over the last month. I can definitely see improvements in my chest area. Improvement in fine lines. I think the same is true of the lines around my eyes. I had hoped for reduced redness in my cheeks but no improvement there. Sometimes I think the redness is worse but that could be other factors. Overall would and have recommended

This product works so well but unfortunately it isn’t built to last. Beware...it’s a lot of money and will not last. I bought this 3 years ago and it is only guaranteed for 2. The plastic is so flimsy that the battery pack pulls on the mask and the wiring has broken inside. I always lie down with it as I like to close my eyes so if you wanted to use it walking around, even placing the battery pack in a pockets would put a strain on the connection. I’m so disappointed as the technology is brilliant and you will get results but the quality of the product means it isn’t made to last for long 😞

I have been using for a few weeks. I have not told my partner I'm using it. He, out of the blue, looked at me this week and commented that my skin looked Great! No lie. I enjoy that it hS to remain on for only 12 minutes. Easy to use. I can't really tell a difference but something must be happening.

I have only had the device for about a month but have been using it religiously. I see a slight improvement in redness and the overall brightness of my skin. I’m hopeful that in time it will get even better. My one wish would be for the strap of the device to be more user friendly. Mine is extremely short and sometimes the Velcro gets stuck in my hair. For the money this device cost, that piece should have been more well thought out.

It has been an easy addition to my night time routine and I love it! It’s very comfortable and easy to use. I’ve been using it for about 2.5 months now and feel like my skin has been positively affected by this product. It even look like the start of a little sagging in my jowls has been remedied. After doing a ton of research I’m very happy that I chose current body. The neck attachment is next for me! It would be amazing if current body would create a red light mask that also includes lights that help with pigmentation!

I at first loved how my LED Mask was working. But after having the mask for 2 months the light has gone from very red to orange and very low lighting. I think the mask is no longer working a have full charge and it is still bight orang. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward using this mask for a long time since I know it would have worked for my skin. This mask was very expensive and I don't feel like it should have broken so fast.

I did so much research on it and I been seeing so many before and after photos of others and seeing all the stars using this Infrared led pad. And I have to say I am impressed. It works so good. This product is all in one. Very relaxing when using it.

I was incredibly disappointed with this mask after having done a lot of research prior to my purchase. The strap is located too low and the mask just slides down. I tried to put a ponytail in my hair at the back of my head so the mask strap would stay in place, but then it just pulled down on my hair which was rather uncomfortable. I ended up just laying down and holding it on during the treatment which was also frustrating because if you hold it close to your chin, it comes away from other areas. Overall, for the price it could fit much better. I honestly don't know how the strap works for anyone without other things keeping it in place. I'll be looking into my return options.

It’s too early to see results but I spent a lot of money for a mask that doesn’t stay on your head, doesn’t fit at all, and I can’t even use the eye covers with the mask since they don’t fit under the mask. Mask needs an over the head strap really bad. Also, the nose design is bad and leaves these red indentations on my nose every time I wear it.
