The single strap sits too low on the head in the back and once you secure it, the mask is heavy enough that it constantly slides down during treatment pulling down on your skin... the exact opposite experience of what someone purchasing your product for firmer tighter skin wants. So while we may get the benefits of LED with your mask, we now have to succumb to something pulling and dragging on our skin for 10 minutes, especially in the more delicate areas like the eyelids. I’m in my 30’s with very little visible signs of aging. The design of your mask does this on everyone regardless of the thickness of their skin. I regret purchasing your model and since I can only use it now while lying down not using the strap, will be purchasing Omnilux’s version since they thought the design through. How did no one catch this? So many people on Reddit are saying the same thing. It’s really disappointing.

I did a lot of LEF mask research because I’m trying to prevent acne. After seeing that too much blue light can be harmful I opted for the red and infrared only. I haven’t seen a new pimple since starting so loving the results. I haven’t noticed any big differences with fine lines or plumpness but will continue to use! Love the bags they come with and the thin Packable design for travel. Only negatives are what I consider small design flaws. The face mask strap loop is nearly too small to get the strap through so I have to strap is shut and slide it over my head which catches my hair. The mask also puts pressure on my nose leaving red marks every time I use it even if lying down. I think as a result of it being a flexible silicone. Goes away after a few minutes but concerning for a product I’m using 4-5x a week.

It is early yet (just got this for Xmas) but I am using this daily and hoping for good results to justify hefty price tag. The red light does very much seem to agree with my skin, which is a plus. Just hoping for some collagen-induced firming with continued, consistent use.

I love that this mask sits close to my skin compared to the plastic LED masks, but I did have to exchange for a replacement after a few of the lights when out within the first 6 months of using it. I noticed that the more times you bend the mask around your face, the wires inside the mask keep to weaken. Overall I really like this mask and find it effective and easy to use, I'm glad they provide a warranty and could provide me with a replacement!

This product has made it very easy to use. I can work and use the mask whenever I get a chance.Pros-easy to use-has made a difference in texture and even nerve pain caused by migraines-The neck kit is very versatile and can be used on the neck and chest-plumbs up the skinCons-expensive-the nose panels make marks on my faceI have only been using it for 4 weeks but I can tell a slight difference already. I have been using it consistently. Honestly just for the fact that it has helped me with my migraine pain, I no longer care if it makes that much difference in my skin because it has made my life easier.

I had a LightStim handheld LED device that I used for about a year before I upgraded to the CurrentBody LED light therapy face mask and chest plate. The pros are the shortened time the CurrentBody takes to use. The handheld took over 45 minutes to cover the same area that the mask and chest plate do in 10 minutes. In addition, they do not have to be plugged into the wall as the handheld device does. The cons are that the CurrentBody doesn't fit my face properly, so when I remove it, I temporarily have red, sore spots on my face from where it rests against my skin. In addition, the neck strap on the chest plate is extremely large and fits very loosely, and the face strap on the mask is way too low to actually hold the mask in place when I am in an upright position, so I can only use it lying down. Finally, the devices have an extremely strong chemical smell that seems to be going away very slowly over time. I have had it for a month now, and it still has a smell. I have been debating about returning these devices and am still on the fence, but the time savings and plug-free use make the cons almost worth living with.

The results that I’m seeing from using this mask for couple of months now are incredible! I used to invest in all sorts of skincare to heal my skin, to tighten up my skin, to even out the tone - they work for a month and then it almost feels like my skin gets even worse. I ditched all that skincare, started to use this mask daily, switched to very gentle gel moisturizer and vitamin c - and I cannot recognize my skin. My pores are clean and tighten, undereye area is bright and depuffed. Even the oval of my face is much more tight and shaped. No more redness, no more puffiness, no more large pores. I cannot be happier. 100% recommend to ALL my friends and family.My only wish is for the straps to be a little more customizable. I guess the shape of my head is smaller than regular head, so I have to fix the straps to the very end of the velcro part and it will still not be enough. I think just adding more velcro space would totally fix the issue.

I used the mask 2 or 3 times and then forgot to use it before I applied my skin care, including tretinoin. Well my face was itching, bright read, dry, burning. So I will try again in January after a respite from all but moisturizer on my skin.The mask fit well. It is slightly heavy on the nose bridge. The portability aspect is great. This mask is easy to use. However, I’ve used it just about every day for 2 months and have seen no skin differences at all. Not sure if it’s because I’m in my 30s or what, but I’ve seen no miraculous changes. I will keep using it in hopes that it helps prevent future aging, but clearly this doesn’t improve even minor fine lines that you currently have.

I have definitely seen an improvement in the skin texture, tone and radiance. The only con I have noticed is a design flaw. The face mask strap slides down the back of my head, so I am constant adjusting it. If there was an additional strap that could go over the top of the head I think that would hold it in place much better.
