The mask and neck kit— both parts are nearly impossible for me to put on.. Maybe it’s my hands, but I need help getting them on, which I don’t want! Four hands make the process annoying, get in each others’ way, and very frustrating. How does one get the mask on where it belongs AND at the same time have to hold it in place AND adjust the straps at the same time?? Same for the neck. Help/suggestions greatly appreciated.

Been using your face mask and neck and chest since October 3, 2025. I do use it every other day. I’ve noticed positive changes on my face but not my neck. I finally watched a video on property neck and decollete use. Apparently I was using the straps wrong. It would be nice if there was more information attached so we know how to put eye things in and proper use of staps

Maybe I have sensitive eyes, but I can't wear the mask at all, it hurts my eyes.

Works good. Unfortunately it was missing goggles

Have used this for two months I have yet to notice any results

The mask and it's technology is second to none

Highly recomend. Visible results others have noticed

I bought this in 2025 now is flickering while in use,sometime light cut out completely
