The product is good. Quality and works well. It’s difficult to put on with all the straps though and the rubber around the eyes is constantly coming and the little black rubber eye pieces do not fit well in the mask do they bunch up. It’s really annoying. also the comfort of the mask isn’t great although it’s livable for 10 minute sessions.

I will give the device 3 stars for ease of use and comfort, however, after using it religiously for about 45 days I don’t see any improvement in skin tone, elasticity, wrinkles or appearance . That said , I am 74 years old and perhaps you need to start using this when you’re younger for optimum results.

Been using it for few weeks, the changes are not too noticable yet but feels like by skin texture has improved. I am assuming I will see some effects in longer term. I however like the ease of using this mask.Would have really liked if there was a way to see the battery and then charge accordingly. Currently I put it on charing every other week for 2-3 hrs.

The mask is great. I think it works very well, and I am seeing results. I ordered the new version, but I received the original one (I compared it to my sister's original one). But regardless, I am very happy and I tell all my friends. Two of them also ordered it and are very happy. We've done few girl's nights with the masks and champagne. I wish I had pictures to share.

I ordered the new, “improved” model. The nose piece pushes down on my nose and it’s annoying and uncomfortable. I noticed the older model had a split in the nose piece, maybe to relieve the pressure? Not sure why this feature isn’t on new model? I want to like it but having to hold the nose flap up for 10 minutes isn’t really relaxing.

I wouldn't have chosen this mask if I'd known it didn't have a detachable controller. It is too big for my face. My mouth is right below the nose opening instead of at the mouth opening. I read reviews that said this mask fit smaller faces. It doesn't. Very expensive for what I got.

I’ve been using my mask for about 2.5 months now, approx 6x a week and I’ve definitely noticed improvement in my skin texture and reduction of fine lines. I haven’t had ***** in like 8-12 months and it looks like I’m still getting it! I’m 39 but had several people tell me I look 21-25 the last few months!!

Sometimes I believe there is a difference and other times, not. I'm 74 and it might be harder to kick start any improvement in me. I've used it since the beginning of September and use it 5-6 times a week. I'll keep using it in hopes that after about 6 months I'll see a noticeable difference. The mask is not impossible to use, but it is awkward and the fit doesn't do much for my forehead.
