The pillows are great. My head rests so comfortable. No tossing or turning to punch to get a good fit.

They were firm but molded to your head easily and returned to their normal position when not being used.

Flimsy no support, filled with loose stuffing instead of a solid memory foam, no cooling effect at all. Not worth buying.
