They were a Gift

I didn't get the "cooling" pillows so i can't rate them. The ones I got were too hard for me. My husband is using one.

Not Cooling ones

Firmer than I thought it would be.  but I'm also thinking, I have a standard pillow case on a queen pillow and that may have something to do with it.

Cooling gel pillow

I bought these pillows for a guest bedroom then once I tried them out I went back to order more for my bed too. They are so unbelievably comfortable.

These pillows are not cooling! They are however heavy, bulky and uncomfortable. Sorry I wasted my time and money .

No stars

They are soft but light firm they also keep one cool at night for those that have heat waves or flashes

2 pillows for 1

I love this pillow it's definitely mushy. But if it's right in the arch of my neck and I wake up neck pain free.

Recommend if you want support for your neck.

I still get hot,  and it's not really a memory foam like I'm used to,  but it's a nice pillow, Id purchase again.

Pillows do not hold their shape and tend to be rather flat. Comfortable enough but not something I would buy again.

Disappointing

Very disappointed in the quality of this pillow. It’s lumpy (made of random bits stuff inside), does not cool and flattens within minutes of laying down. I found myself fluffing up the pillow throughout the night. I expected a higher quality product coming from Serta. I’m normally a very warm sleeper so having a cooling pillow was definitely enticing. Unfortunate that it didn’t help give my neck support or help me keep my body temperature down throughout the night.

Lumpy, Warm and Unsupportive

I’ve tried plenty of pillows that promised the “perfect night’s sleep,” but this one actually comes close. The balance between softness and support is spot-on — it cradles the head without swallowing it whole. I didn’t wake up with a stiff neck (a rare win in the pillow world), though if you like an extra-firm feel, this might lean a little too plush for your taste. The materials feel durable and breathable, so it doesn’t trap heat like cheaper alternatives. Overall, it’s not a magical cloud from the heavens, but it’s definitely earned a permanent spot on my bed.
