Terrible pillows. Went flat after 4 nights. Did not feel any cooling at all! Waste of money.

Got rocks in less than a month

These are not the same quality of pillows from Serta. They were both flat in a week. Thankfully I had an old serta pillow that I was able to take some of the molding and put in these.

AVOID - I purchased these and when I got them, the stink is just too much. I let them breath for days and they still stunk. I could not sleep on these. I returned them to the store weeks later.

These smell so bad! They’re also uncomfortable and go flat when you put your head on them. The chemical smell hasn’t gone away it’s like a nasty petroleum bug spray smell

I bought a few days ago for daughter She said it is no good was bunched up, it does not stay flat it clumps together The inside is chunks of foam Does not cool.

Bought a few months back and did not use them for even a month. No support, goes flat as soon as you lie your head down. They made my neck and shoulders hurt. Threw them away
