I was actually surprised at how much I like these pillows. I've always had a hard time finding a comfortable pillow, but these are working just fine!

This pillow is my new favorite pillow. It’s a soft not “stiff” memory foam and to me I could not smell the scent memory foam pillows have. I did notice it doesn’t get hot like other memory foam pillows. It does stay a a comfortable temperature.

This pillow is surprisingly comfortable. I feel like I rested. It conforms to you perfectly. The pillow case it comes with is not the softest, but that can easily be fixed. Overall, it's a good pillow.

Pillows are a great mix of form and soft. Intend to sleep in different positions and I was comfortable in any position. The cooling isn’t very noticeable but overall I like the pillows and would recommend.

I personally like a firmer pillows, but they are prefect for my husband. He really liked the way it kept him cool throughout the night. I was not able to keep them cool for me, but they did for the most part.

The Serta cooling pillows have been so rewarding! After sleeping on them a week my husband and I are both impressed with how comfortable they are and our reduced neck and shoulder pain make these pillows an all around winner!

I’ve been using the Serta cooling pillow for a week now, and I am so impressed! It’s is soft but firm and stays cool for a very long time. I’m a side sleeper, and the height of the pillow is wonderful. Definitely buying some more!

Great set of pillows. The pillows were very full but I did find that they were lumpy at first. It took about two nights of sleeping on them to get to a perfectly fitted feel. I get very hot at night and these pillows remained cool and airy

The serta gel memory foam pillows are nice. So far they are keeping their shape but the gel memory foam could be firmer. That is just personal preference. Time will tell if they go flat fast like most.

I used the Serra Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillows on my bed. They are comfortable and stay cool throughout the night. The pillows are soft yet the foam provides support. These pillows are great and I would highly recommend!
