Started using this pillow the day I received it! Very pleased with this product! Very comfortable, and way cooler than our regular pillows. It also has a washable cover on it, making it easier to wash and take care of. Made well, good quality!

Overall good pillow! Not too firm and not too soft. It could use more cooling effect but still better than a standard pillow. I flipped it over during the night once the other side no longer felt cool.

Didn’t feel cooling at all it’s feels more like a feather pillow. However I sleep better head melts into a space created by the pillow and your head and I don’t wiggle all night. So I would totally recommend this pillow for back and side sleepers.

It definitely has cooling properties compared to other pillows which I like but I run hot and did find myself flipping to the cooler side a few times a night. Comfort level is good and it provides good support.

I really like the comfort this pillow gives! I wake up feeling rested and with no neck pain. We used these in our master bedroom and for the kid's rooms so they could have comfort too! Durable and washable!

This pillow is great. So soft and comfortable. The material is of high quality, it feels very luxurious. The gel and coolness made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. Will be purchasing some for my guest room.

Smell awful and are hard. Also was charged $30 extra for delivery and $10 more than advertisement because they were from another vendor that Walmart uses.

Well-filled pillows of moveable foam pieces. Foam ODOR is real strong, even after airing out. Easy to wash and dry to remove most smell. Great price. May remove some filler for desired thickness. Fast shipping.

Nice firmness although a little lumpy it does keep cool so that’s nice. There is no bad smell which is sometimes associated with memory foam pillows. I’m a side sleeper and felt supported the whole night!

In the past I’ve tried several other cooling pillows but this one actually works for me! At first it might feel a bit firm right out of the bag but after two nights I threw my old favorite pillow in the trash.
