Got some of this 'accidentally'. Picked up by a family member instead of the usual Hormel. This stuff is NOT near as good. It says 'thick cut' on the label, and indeed the first layer of it was thick cut. Instead of the usual 20 nuke of the Hormel, you have to do this twice as long or it comes out all rubbery and greasy. Definitely greasier than the Hormel. Funny, that the 2nd layer of slices looked normal compared to the first layer. Still, way more greasy than the Hormel, also with a heavier smoke flavor. We'll try to avoid buying this stuff again unless we absolutely have to.

Hubby loves this thick cut bacon %26 I like the thin cut bacon. We buy some of each when we go to Sam's. The taste is good, it's easy to make %26 no huge mess like regular uncooked bacon. We add it to a lot of meals we make. Of course, bacon %26 eggs are the best! It is pricey, which I don't like...but it's better than having to cook it on the stove. Pop it in the micro %26 it's done in a snap. No greasy smells lingering in the kitchen forever.

This bacon is deceiving by looking at the package and not seeing what is inside. It is NOT fully cooked except maybe the bottom layer which is very thin shorter pieces that you cannot see through the package. The top layer has full strips but only HALF are actually fully cooked so what we did was cut the pieces in half because those half cooked pieces will need microwaved longer than the recommended amount of time. The middle strips are pretty much the same as the first. Please bring back the Hormel fully cooked bacon that you used to sell and stop stocking this unacceptable Members Mark brand. DO BETTER SAM’s CLUB!

I always buy 2 to 4 packages at a 10 absolutely love this bacon. I eat it cold or I heat it up for 30 seconds either way it makes me happy.!

Love this item as it’s not really thick and cooks fairly evenly. Our family doesn’t care for thick bacon.
