Marks Fully Cooked Bacon

Would have given a 5 rating if not it had a little less sodium.

No Mess Bacon!!

We love this bacon! I cooked ours in a skillet for a few minutes on each side and it came out to a crisp perfection! No mess all over the stove and we loved the flavor. Not as salty as some precooked bacons, which is great for my family. We will continue to buy over brands offered. Great price for what you get!!

Crispy, Convenient, and So Versatile!

Member’s Mark Fully Cooked Bacon has become a staple in our kitchen. It makes breakfast incredibly easy—just pop a few slices in the microwave, and they’re hot and crispy in seconds. No grease, no mess, just perfectly cooked bacon every time! It’s also great for more than just breakfast. We use it on burgers, sandwiches, in pastas, or crumbled on salads—it adds that delicious smoky flavor to any dish without the hassle of frying up a whole pan. The quality is just as good as fresh-cooked bacon, but way more convenient. It saves time, tastes great, and is always ready when we need it. Definitely a must-have for busy mornings and quick meals!

Convenient, Quick, and Tasty

This Member's Mark Fully Cooked Bacon is well worth the price. It's very convenient to cook; whichever method you choose, and clean-up is a snap. My packaged did have 36 pieces - 9 slices divided between 4 sheets. I needed 18 pieces of bacon for a recipe, so I decided to bake the bacon on a cookie sheet on parchment paper. I baked the bacon in a convection oven for 7 minutes according to directions. The Member's Mark Fully Cooked Bacon came out crispy, just right, but yet still a bit chewy. The parchment paper did soak up most of the grease (not near as much as traditional bacon), but I still needed to wash the cookie sheet. The taste of this bacon has just a touch of sweetness and not as salty as other leading name brand bacons I've used. Not only am I sold on the convenience of the Member's Mark Fully Cooked Bacon, but the taste is fabulous!

BAD PRODUCT LABELING

Members Mark Thick Cut Bacon. Wow, Sam's labels this bacon as "THICK CUT". It is anything but thick cut. Very disappointed and Sam's should not be able to mislead customers like this. Is the FDA or other fed agencies aware of this false advertising?

Thick and Less Fat

We usually buy the precooked Hormel bacon from Sam's so I can only compare to that. This bacon was much thicker and did not have near the fat as the Hormel brand which my family liked. Everyone liked it but we are talking 36 pieces versus 72 for only a few dollars less. Taste wise it was better. Price wise not so much.

Inconsistent/Bad lately

This cooked bacon used to be good for the price point, but has been pretty bad 2 of the last 4 times I bought it. The fat tastes unnatural and has the mouthfeel of rubber. The whole family refused to eat the last pack. Guess I'll go back to paying more for their competitor's brand.

It is eatable

If you put something heavy on the bacon when cooking and smash all the flavor out of it..... Ok i guess.

Looking for bacon? Buy the Hormel instead.

Got some of this 'accidentally'. Picked up by a family member instead of the usual Hormel. This stuff is NOT near as good. It says 'thick cut' on the label, and indeed the first layer of it was thick cut. Instead of the usual 20 nuke of the Hormel, you have to do this twice as long or it comes out all rubbery and greasy. Definitely greasier than the Hormel. Funny, that the 2nd layer of slices looked normal compared to the first layer. Still, way more greasy than the Hormel, also with a heavier smoke flavor. We'll try to avoid buying this stuff again unless we absolutely have to.
