No nitrates and no nitrites is very important. In some people these can cause polyps,this was true for my husband. After we cut nitrates and nitrates it's amazing the difference in his health.

Uncured or cured? I see no difference anyway. There is a lot in the package and did t have to break the bank to purchase. Seemed fresh and I really liked the taste.. after I finished this purchase I bought another.

If you love pepperoni, stop overpaying for tiny packages or settling for cheap ones that lack flavor. This Member's Mark Uncured Pepperoni is priced very reasonably for how much you get, and the taste is excellent. We've used it in sandwiches with ham and salami, on homemade pizzas, and even as a snack on crackers with cheese. You do need to cut it down to fit on crackers, but it’s well worth the effort. For the price and quality, you really can't go wrong with this one!

I was unsure about the uncured pepperoni, but needed it for my pizza. It tasted pretty much like the other. I would buy it again.

The slices are a great size, the spice is perfect. Great flavor with cheese & crackers

Good pepperoni. We enjoy it on our homemade pizzas. We wish it were a little less fatty - we actually precook it and dry off the excess melted fat before we put it on our pizzas to cook. But it is pepperoni after all, so it will be fatty.... Taste though is great.

Great quality meat, but I’m not thrilled with any of the members Mark packaging for their lunch meats. If you’re not going to use them within the first week, you need to transfer the rest of the meat to an airtight container or the meat will start to turn quickly.

the package had mold on part of the meat, I did not have time or gas to return it so I cut the portion off and prayed no one got sick. it was on the side so you couldn't tell until you took the meat out of the container.

This is the third time I have purchased this item only to have the the slices go bad. They developed ugly greyish white spots all over them. This pack was the worse as I had only had it opened for about 2 weeks and I had even wrapped them.

Sams quit carrying Margherita Pepperoni which is far superior to members mark. Now they force you to buy Members Mark. UGH! They also did this with Hard Salami. They force you to buy Members Mark. I will have to check out BJs or Cosco. This is baloney.
