If you watch your cholesterol content like me, you may oft for a dairy alternative. This one tastes great and you can even get a calcium-supplemented variety. Not amazing for frying, but good as a topping or ingredient.

My family has been using Country Crock for years, and we love it. I love the buttery taste, and the affordability. I always cook with it in place of butter. My kids love how spreadable it is.
