[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Country Crock for years because I like the buttery taste and I like how it melts nicely into mashed potatoes and vegetables. I've used it for baking cookies, cakes and even making bread in my bread machine and it always works great. The thing I like most is that if I use it to saute vegetables, I don't have to worry about it burning like real butter does. I can use this on a medium high heat and I won't get that dark color or burnt butter flavor that happens when butter browns or burns. This works well for me which is why I've used it for years and I love the new package design.

I received compensation/free product for my unbiased review. I have grown up with country crock basically my entire life. It has a nice rich taste, but not over bearing like most spreads. It's light and fluffy and has one of the best taste butter can have. It's like it was mixed by the heavens. Not only is it nostalgic, but it reminds you of a cold morning and your mother service fresh out of the toaster wheat bread and homemade jam with the spread of melted country crock. 5 stars

After all of the hype about how terrible margarine is for you, Country Crock and I lost touch. That's why I was so excited that Influenster reintroduced us! Thank you Influenster and Country Crock! My entire family which includes four immediate households all have bought the new recipe. Without saying anything to each other, we were together Sunday and all commented on how we have to start using a different spread. We all hated it, that was eighteen of us. Then I mentioned it to a close friend and they changed to land o lakes. We used your product for a long time but we will not be buying it again. Sorry you made the change it wasn't for the better. Packaging was smart just should have left recipe alone.
