The country crock original made my cookies taste amazing. The cookies tasted so good I didn't know there wasn't butter in them. It works great in baking.

I'm trying to love this spread... I'm a full fat butter lover so this seems too lite for me. I love my bread toasted and it doesn't work well on toast. Maybe better for a plain croissant..
