Country crock is what we always use. It is soft and doesnt rip the bread. It has a good flavor and the squarish container fits nicely in the refrigerator.

Never usually buy this, but my roommate bought some and I tried it on some toast. I thought it tasted very weird and thought to google it and see what people had to say about it. Apparently the recipe changed and it's terrible. lol.
