I received this item complimentary for reviewing purposes, however ther opinion os my own. This product tastes buttery and spreads easily. I used it on fresh baked brrad and it melted just as butter would. It is soft in texture and is easy to get out of the container. The size of the product is rather large so i imagine it would be great for a larger family to use.

We have used Country Crock Original for years. Really liked the sticks but our store stopped stocking them so we had to buy the tub which was OK since the taste was the same. Just purchased the "new" formula. If you do not change it back to the real original we will by another brand. Sorry but the new formula is awful.

It spreads so easily, has a rich buttery taste, and I love the new container! Makes for a great giveaway container for leftovers.

I have tried for several months to get use to your new recipe but my family and I just can't take it any longer! It completely ruins every dish I make, the taste of this now changes everything and not for the good! I was actually one who could eat the butter right from the container but I haven't done that since the new recipe change, it is just Aweful! Had hoped after so many bad reviews we would see you step up and go back to the original, but so much time has passed and I give up, we started shopping for a new favorite.

I'm not a butter person especially since I've been trying to cut back on calories.Country Crocker is the BEST margarine you can buy in the brown tub hands down. I use it every meal breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Not ideal for baking but great with everything else.

If you've never tried a substitute for butter, why not try the original substitute? Country crock is distinct and if you have milk allergies this is a good alternative. I got the buttery churn flavor because I wanted more fluff in my margarine. If you've had margarine in the past, you know it's got a nostalgic taste that is hard to describe. If you've never tried it, imagine never having to wait for margarine to soften at room temp or try cheating it in the microwave to cook. Or never having to pierce your bread because it's smooth to spread. Margarine gets 5 stars from me because it's convenient, nostalgic taste, and better on my milk allergy tummy.

I use it to sautée vegetables and sear meat and it holds up very well in the pan under high temperature. It adds so much flavor to whatever Im cooking and I love that you can buy it with added vitamins, calcium, etc. I love the taste and versatility of Country Crock and it's healthy. Whats not to love?
