[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received an opportunity to try Country Crock Original around Easter, and I found that the brand still tastes the same as when Grandma would make breakfast! Even my spouse exclaimed that the tubs were modern and that he recalled his mom using them for every day usage after they were emptied. Probably from making her super tasty cobblers. I was able to take the light and fluffy #MakeItYours recipe and put my own spin on it! I found that trying to 'stuff' the cookie was a big success, I found chocolate covered peanut butter caramel clusters and I used that as my first 'stuffing' experiment. DELICIOUS! My son is obsessed with sour candy so he naturally wanted to make a cookie with the new sour skittles, they were GREAT, only the skittles melted all over the place, so they were not 'cookies' but more of tasty Pollack smatterings. I like to try out different things, and I used the juice of a lemon in my last batch of cookies, next time I will use less juice and more zest. The cookies were a bit thin and came out more like discs, so much lemon flavor! I loved it! The crunchy peanut butter and homemade raspberry jam made a cookie straight out of a lunch bag dream. I'll be making this again next school year, with a few Pinteristy differences, cute cutouts and the works. I will have to say, this campaign has helped bring my little family together, we made cookies and we got to share them with our friends on Easter. They were a big hit!

I always look forward to cooking Thanksgiving dinner for my family. This year however I'm kind of dreading it. We have used this for years, even drawn recipes around it but, now everything tastes different. My whole family has been complaining since I bought the first container of the new recipe and we've had a lot of wasted food due to the fact that not one out of the 6 people in our household like it. Why change something that was just fine?

It adds great flavor to any dish that calls for butter and is also very easy to use as a spread! I often make grilled cheese for my son or even just spread butter on bread to go with meals. When using a stick product I find it so difficult to get an even spread but this product makes it very easy to do. I like to keep both on hand but I absolutely love this product!

However most of the time I am buying a substitute for butter it is because I want something dairy free.

I noticed when I received this product it was a little different- smoother, creamier, and spreads even better. Even ice cold it doesn't tear up the bread when you spread it on.
