[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the taste of Country Crock. It has a creamy, buttery taste to it. I like that it has no trans-fats and no canola oil. It spreads very easily on bread without destroying the bread in the process. Best of all, I can cook and bake with it and my food still comes out tasting great. The new space saving design is nice as well as it doesn't take up unneeded space.

I was hoping that a "new simple recipe" meant that it would taste less processed. It did not. I like to have butter on my bread when I eat and was hoping to use this but no. It still tastes bad. Cooking with it is great because the taste is drowned out by the other flavors and its better for you than real butter. I would recommend cooking with this but just using this for a garnish or on bread I would say no.

I was raised with Country Crock as being butter, i continued to buy it from age 18-30. I always preffered its taste to butter. Almost tastes more buttery than butter. I've been cooking for a living for 14yrs, and at home i use it in everything. But the new "simple recipe" tastes funny to me i could never taste my margerine in the food i cooked it with or added it to, but i can sure taste the weird flavor now. I hope they bring back "Original Recipe"

I got this product for free with my #cozyvoxbox from @influenster @CountryCrock #MakeItYours #contest. . All of my review are my own . This product will certainly ly be on my table for Thanksgiving. This spread is also better for you than real butter.. less calories as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved the convenience of Country Crock, being spreadable and easy to scoop for recipes, but I especially love the new tub design. It's a rounded rectangular shape so it's much better at fitting in the fridge without taking up so much space. I also love the new lid design, as it snaps on and off so well and makes for easy stacking too.

Feel like I was misled when I purchased the product with new packaging and it said "Original". My family won't eat it. There's a distinct taste difference. I appreciate a healthier recipe, but if my family won't eat it it doesn't matter. If the product does not go back to the original packaging and original recipe, I'll have to change brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, my famiily and I still do not like the taste of it.  Did you change the recipe?  We purchased Country Crock in the old container for many years and loved it. I don't think it is our imagination but something about the new version has changed the taste.
